Cabassi
I think my favorite hot sauce might be Whole30-compliant, but I'm not sure. Ingredients list: Habanero Pepper Mash, Capsicum Oil, Fresh Carrots, White Vinegar, Key Lime Juice, Salt, Tomato, N'awlins Cajun and Creole Spices, Onions, and Garlic The two questionable items I see are "Key Lime Juice" and "N'awlins Cajun and Creole Spices." Here it is on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Marie-Sharps-Belizean-Heat-Sauce/dp/B005HAL8UE Any thoughts?
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted April 18, 2016 Moderators Share Posted April 18, 2016 Looks fine to me... if there was sugar or soy or grains in the spices, they would need to specify it...
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted April 18, 2016 Moderators Share Posted April 18, 2016 They do say THIS on Amazon tho...make sure you're looking at YOUR actual bottle that you're going to consume out of... everytime you buy it... Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what is shown on our website. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product.
