Would have been helpful, but hey, I'm thinking about jumping right into another round so this is great! Love the way I feel now! (Days 1-3 super sucked). I'm scared to go back to my old ways... Wait, I won't go back to my old ways. Thinking about just wine, for instance...I used to have a glass almost every night and now I don't want it at all. It helped not being allowed any cheats...I think that's where I've always failed in the past. Those cheat meals become cheat days and then it snowballs from there.
