Wholey32 Posted October 1, 2012 Share Posted October 1, 2012 So a friend of mine told me about this diet she was doing (Whole30) and it sounded so good I decided I wanted to try it too! I am a little worried about eating too much of the wrong thing (even though W30 approved). I didn't read the book and I haven't seen anywhere about how to do the diet the right way. I'm worried I eat too much fruit, seeds and nuts. I'm not big on cooking and mostly eat foods that are convenient. I do have eggs about once a day (only the whites) and then either chicken, beef or pork for dinner. Can someone let me know what I need to be doing? I already feel better physically and my skin looks better than it has in a long time. I just want to be able to maximize weight loss benefits during my 30 days, too! Anyway...thanks Link to comment
