Amber Joy Posted April 19, 2016 Share Posted April 19, 2016 I started my first Whole30 in January and have been going Whole 30-ish ever since. Now my friends and I are on day 19 of another strict Whole30, but from May 8-24 we will be leaving the US and going into Bulgaria, Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic. The first leg of our trip is a mission trip, and we will not have control over what we are served or have access to a kitchen. Of course we can be somewhat choosy when given options during meals, but our first priority is to show respect to our hosts while we are in the country, so we may just plain old have to eat what we are served. My main concern is that we will get very, very sick if we wait until we are in Bulgaria (and beyond) to reintroduce who knows what into our diets. Do you have a recommend reintroduction plan that I could start following? If I need to start before May 1 for best results, I can, but I'd love to finish out this entire Whole30 all the way through April 30. I appreciate any and all responses! Thank you!
