ElleGetsFit Posted October 2, 2012 Share Posted October 2, 2012 I was just told I couldn't have Shrimp/Shelfish on Whole30...is this true? Because I didn't see where this was to be avoided. I know that seafood and Mercury issues are there, but I can't really eat a ton of Chicken/ Red Meat. I didn't see this on the list of things to avoid.
