Mmccoy21 Posted April 20, 2016 Share Posted April 20, 2016 Didn't use the forum last go round. Started whole thirty this past Monday & my boyfriend and his 17 year old daughter are in. The 15 year old boy is not.... Which is quite challenging. Successful on first Whole Thirty, because I literally changed all products in kitchen. livwel Posted April 22, 2016 Share Posted April 22, 2016 Good for you. I started my third Whole 30 on Monday. Each has gotten easier as I go. I've noticed that when I am off the Whole 30, I tend to gain weight and my head becomes a bit foggy. I am planning a month long trip in June/July and want all the energy I can muster. The most difficult food for me to give up is wine, beer and all the snacks presented in the staff room at work. Congrats on your 2nd and hope you feel great!
