I haven't planned my 30 days, my schedule is too hectic...I work overnights as a nurse. I plan on doing it 3 days at a time, it seems less overwhelming this way. I have no experience in ordering packs. What are your biggest challenges with this challenge? Mine are not only food related, I'm quitting smoking too. God help me and my loved ones...

Yeah that definitely feels less overwhelming. WOW! I have so much respect for you. That's amazing. You really can do anything with Gods help... I'm actually a holistic health coach, and I think this will be a good tool for my clients, so I want to try it first. On a more personal note- I had an eating disorder for a lot of years, but have pretty much overcame it with meditation and some other tools. But I still feel emotions come up with sugar, and I want to be free from it once and for all! So giving up the sugar will really be challenging for me

I think that's amazing that you were able to overcome your eating disorder and now help others. We will be fine...and yes with God's help anything is possible. I need to edit my heading any idea how to do that? Typing on a tablet...ugh!

Are you ready for tomorrow? I made homemade mayo for the 1st time today, yumm. Made a rotisserie chichen in the crockpot last night, I have the two breast in the fridge for dinner this week and made homemade chicken salad with the left over meat for lunch. The carcass is the crockpot now, simmering away into bone broth. Picked up some fruit and salad stuff. I just need to make spaghetti squash in the AM and homemade spaghetti sauce. Im still nervous about putting down the cigarettes and coffee tomorrow. One day at a time...

Hey! Yeah I'm feeling super excited. I've made some shredded pork for lunches, and roasted lots of veggies. And boiled eggs. I'm definitely nervous. I think this is going to be awesome, but challenging. You can do it girl! You're exactly right. Take it one day at a time.

I'm starting today also! I've completed one full round previously and have done three "mini" whole 30's. I stick to a mainly 80/20 paleo lifestyle, but feel I need a reset, so I've committed to another 30 days. It sounds like you all are on the right track. Good luck!
