Fruit in the morning?

Yes - fruit contains natural sugar.  Fruit has a tendency of raising blood sugars leading to a crash later on.  By this happening, it causes sometimes early hunger, or tiredness, and usually doesn't help with cravings.  By eating it later on in the day - always with a meal (try to avoid fruit as a stand alone snack as the same thing will happen) you will avoid this problem, and most likely be less sugar dependent.

For example - I can have my regular breakfast of ground meat, sweet potato, and spinach and it will hold me until noon - 1pm ish.  If I add fruit I will be hungry earlier - usually 11 am and I will get snacky in the afternoon around 3pm.
