whole304health4life Posted April 21, 2016 Share Posted April 21, 2016 I am on Day 4 and for the last couple of days I have had nose bleeds coming out of nowhere (no picking ). I am someone who does get nose bleeds occasionally but usually because I'm dehydrated or the weather is really dry and hot. However I am drinking lots of water and it is unusual for it to happen a couple days in a row. Does anyone know the reason behind this or have experienced it themselves??
