Aaron's Whole 30 Round 2

This will be my second whole 30.

I did my first one from February 29th to March 31st and was about to drop 23 pounds in 30 days and improve my health significantly.

I am restarting it after 3 weeks or so of mostly eating the program but cheating every once in a while. Time to put an end to that and get back to completely eating clean.

Goal is to continue to build good habits and to lose about 10-15 lbs.

Round 2 Ding Ding.
