MrsStick Posted May 10, 2016 Share Posted May 10, 2016 I had to cut dairy completely since having my son and haven't had any supply issues since doing it. When the alternative is your baby stopping while nursing, arching his back, and screaming while trying to pass gas...you stop eating dairy! Granted, since the hormone swing of birth I've also become severely lactose intolerant as well (part of why I started cutting it in the first place) so...yeah. momWithTwins Posted May 13, 2016 Share Posted May 13, 2016 Have you tried some organic formula? I had the same issue with my twins, they were loosing weight and I didn't know why. I then stopped BF for a while, tried an organic formula by a German company (available in the US here) called Holle and then start BF again. Maybe it was sthing I ate, I don't know.
