MsE3746 Posted April 26, 2016 Share Posted April 26, 2016 Question for you ladies - I'm on Day 2 (I know, just a newbie) and today I feel so bloated and gross. I know in the Timeline it says that feeling disgusting is normal but I'm just wondering if anyone else had the bloating sensation? I was on a poor diet before this, so that could be my body hating me right now BUT since I'm being anal, I decided to ask haha. Hope you all are doing well on your programs! Link to comment

Please indicate portion sizes, and give specifics about veg types, liquid intake etc.... that way we can maybe help you troubleshoot - although, yep, very early days still... Link to comment

Nannyogg Posted April 29, 2016 Share Posted April 29, 2016 days 8 and 9 were very gurgly! had the rumbles with a vengeance - now Day 11 and they seem to have gone away. Don't think I've shifted any weight, but am feeling quite lively Link to comment
tmhampton1 Posted April 29, 2016 Share Posted April 29, 2016 I found in my first W30 that I can't really digest raw veggies, and if I ate more than one fist full of starchy veggies I was miserably bloated. I also had to start taking a digestive enzyme at about day 15 due to gall bladder issues. Link to comment
