Day 1 Here We Go!

I've been making gradual health changes over the last several years but the time has come to take it to the next level. I've done loads of research and know the Whole 30 is something I need to do. So here I am!


I'm really expecting to see a difference in blood pressure, joint pain and bloating.


I work in a doctor's office and am convinced this is the best way to go!


Another convincing factor for me was a friend with terrible allergies who just finished her 30 days, headache free, feeling so much better all over. She couldn't wait to eat something "special" on day 31......I probably don't even have to tell you how that went and yes, she is back on the Whole 30.
