etiber123
Good morning! Today is the start of my first Whole30. I have to say, I am a bit nervous about the enormity of it all- 30 day commitment (I am terrible with commitments)- so I am going to post here daily for accountability. There are many reasons why I want to do this: I have experienced multiple GI issues for the last 15 years with no definitive diagnosis other than IBS; I have gained 20# in the past year due to poor food choices, overall laziness and stress; I have a history of bulimia and I can feel the urge to slip back into the binge/starve cycle as a quick way to lose weight; and I want to model healthy food choices for my kids. Really, I am looking for a lifestyle overhaul. My question is: How do you do it with limited time? I am a single mom of 4 year old twins with a demanding and stressful job. I know that meal prep is likely the answer and I plan on keeping it REAL simple the first week. I also plan on taking it just one day at a time, instead of getting overwhelmed by the big picture.
