Liz's Whole 100

I've spiraled out of control since December, and I've gained roughly 20 lbs. I've gone back to my old ways of eating, my sleep is suffering, my joints hurt, and my body is ACHING. I don't just want to change - I NEED to change!

 

Starting my Whole 100 starting May 1. I plan on leaving out the following foods with no brakes-

 

Plantains

Roasted sweet potatoes (mash is fine, it seems like the baked form is more appealing to me)

Bananas

Nuts/nut butters

Dried fruit

RX Bars (oh my WORD how do people stop at 1???)

 

CAN'T WAIT TO START!
