Joey
Nope, still a mystery! It's not happening every day any more, so I don't think about it as much. But every couple weeks you'll still see me running around asking strangers to smell my fingers.
Erik Ryan Barnes
I am experiencing the same thing! I wish I could figure out what's causing it but as there aren't really any other symptoms and I haven't eaten anything with fenugreek, I am at a loss of what this could be. Guest
I wonder if clean eating is somehow purging a toxin from your body and that is the smell??
JaneSimple
I have had this issue FOREVER and I found out today it's because you are eating to much protein!! Your body can't digest it fast enough!

EMY3R1
I’m here looking for answers for my boyfriend who thinks he too has limmeted time to live due to Google search and Maple syrup hands! It’s kind of strange that it just happened out of the blue the past couple of days. Has anyone figured out the cause yet? We know it’s the hands only (I sniffed it all out). Testing a phone case as a cause theory right now but it’s too soon to say. Any feed back is appreciated!
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted July 8, 2018 Moderators Share Posted July 8, 2018 @EMY3R1 if he's truly concerned, he should probably talk to a doctor, who can either rule out that it's anything serious or decide how to treat it if it is something to be concerned about.
