I have to work night shift for work this week. So it's already been tough to make sure I am not eating 24/7. The only two solid meals I've had today have been the spinach frittata and spaghetti squash with tomato sauce and ground beef. I have been keeping my meals small and spacing my meals 3-4 hours apart. I snacked on kale chips, a banana and an apple. I said no to pancakes at work and got eggs and a strip bacon instead. Small victory!
