GIJane13
I participated religiously for over 60 days...bought the right food, prepared many of the recipes. I did not lose any weight. I am so frustrated. Could someone please make a recommendation of what I might be doing wrong. What legal foods should I avoid? I'm at my wits end. Had a physical with blood work to check for low Vitamin D, maybe Anemia. Any suggestions or recommendations.
QuilterInVA
Portions too large? This is not a weight loss diet. It is an elimination diet to determine how different foods affect the body. Some lose weight and that is good but it is really not for that. Without a sample of 3-days food, it's hard to tell you what might help.
GFChris
Sorry you're frustrated. As QuilterinVA said, we need more specifics on what the last 60 days has been like for you, in order to furnish relevant feedback. Can you post ~3 days worth of what your typical food consumption has looked like, include portion sizes and daily water intake? Include nightly hours of sleep and any exercise. It would also help to know if your body composition changed, non-scale victories you've experienced, and if there is anything in your health history that could affect your weight loss. whatmeworry
I did not lose much either - but I think a lot of the "ideal" meals and stuff are for young active adults who are quite athletic. If you are older (I'm in my 60s) or very small, the meal templates are quite too much. Enough protein and fat is smaller than what it looks like for some other people. Even without losing, though, I felt a good change in the way my body felt. Did you?
violetta
The culprits are often fruit, nuts and snacks and not enough fats. The nighttime fast of at least 12 hours really matters, no eating at night.
