jmcbn
Are you eating actual food with that?

Moderators Tom Denham Posted April 30, 2016 Moderators Share Posted April 30, 2016 During a Whole30, we wish you would not complicate things by drinking bullet proof coffee. We want you to compose meals of protein, fat, and veggies. If you want to add extra fat to your coffee, fine, but please eat a meal that fits the meal template. Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted April 30, 2016 Moderators Share Posted April 30, 2016 It's probably not... you can't really overdo fat so I would keep your coffee as coffee and add fat in the recommended quantities to your actual food... the aim is to get you 4-5 hours between meals so experiment as you go to see how you need to fashion your breakfast according to the template to get those hours between. reneeruecks
ok, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't having too much. I'm putting a teaspoon or maybe a table spoon in and only drinking one cup with breakfast. So I should have more fat with breakfast. I am going 4 hours or longer till lunch
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted April 30, 2016 Moderators Share Posted April 30, 2016 Yes, definitely add fat to your breakfast. If it's a teaspoon in the coffee, that's negligible and should not be counted.
