bullet proof coffee

During a Whole30, we wish you would not complicate things by drinking bullet proof coffee. We want you to compose meals of protein, fat, and veggies. If you want to add extra fat to your coffee, fine, but please eat a meal that fits the meal template.

It's probably not... you can't really overdo fat so I would keep your coffee as coffee and add fat in the recommended quantities to your actual food... the aim is to get you 4-5 hours between meals so experiment as you go to see how you need to fashion your breakfast according to the template to get those hours between.
