My name is Michelle and today is my DAY 1.

I am super excited to take this time to commit for myself and change some behaviors that have snuck back into my life.

I am blessed to have my husband and best friend on the journey with me too!

I prepped all weekend (read the books, shopped, chopped, cooked, meditated, journaled my goals) and I feel strong and happy today!

Here we gooooooooo!!!
