yogagrl1225 Posted May 3, 2016 Share Posted May 3, 2016 first whole30. any thoughts on why i would be tired with a headache on day 23? been eating 100% compliant, all home-cooked, meal-plan based for the past 23 days. ate healthily before starting, do yoga ~2 hrs/day (sometimes other cardio too). typical day of eating: breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs in coconut oil with 1 cup spinach, 1/4 cup fresh salsa, 1/2 sweet potato with 1 T almond butter, 1/2 aidell's compliant breakfast sausage, coffee with 1 T homemade almond milk lunch: 2 cups mixed greens, 1 cup baby kale, 1/2 cup broccoli slaw, 1 can tuna 1 T mayo, cucumber, peppers, (maybe 1/2 cup roasted sweet potato chunks), 1 T tessamaes dressing snack (only if needed): rxbar or apple w/ cashew butter (if on the run) or 1 serving leftover chicken w/ roasted carrots dinner: 1 cup zoodles lightly sauteed in coconut oil, 1 cup turkey meat sauce (lean ground turkey, compliant tomato sauce, spices, garlic, onion, peppers) OR 1 piece baked salmon, ~10 spears asparagus, 1/2 sweet potato, 1/2 cup sautéed kale sleeping 7-8 hours/night. thanks for your help! Present4Life Posted May 4, 2016 Share Posted May 4, 2016 The only think I can suggest is that if you are doing yoga for 2 hours a day, you should probably have a pre-wo and post-wo snack. I've been a yoga teacher and I know 2 hours of yoga is WORK, so you need to make sure you're fueling your body properly. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
