HLM18 Posted May 23, 2016 Author Share Posted May 23, 2016 Day 19 R1D19M1 -*I forgot to write it down & now I can't think of what I ate wayyy back on Friday for the life of me* :angry: -Coffee R1D19M2 -Pan Fried Pork Chops in Avocado Oil -Large Salad Mix -Salsa -Good Food Chunky Tableside Guacamole R1D19POSTWO -Few spoonful's of Pork Carnitas R1D19M3-Whole30 Recipes -Pork Carnitas -1/2 sweet potato -Large Salad -Dried Mango -Good Food Chunky Tableside Guac -Salsa Drank: 120 oz. of H20 Exercise: 1 hour of strength training + 2.5 mile run Mood: Happy, energetic, good, buuuuuut snacky. HLM18 Posted May 23, 2016 Author Share Posted May 23, 2016 Day 20 R1D20M1 -leftover Carnitas -1/2 Sweet Potato -2 eggs over easy -1/2 avocado -Coffee R1D20M2 -2 Compliant Aidell Sausages -Diced Bell Peppers -1/2 Avocado R1D20M3-Whole30 Recipes -Hamburger Patty -Mustard -1/2 Sweet Potato -Salsa -Kale Salad with Lemon Juice + EVOO -Sliced Apple w/ Cinnamon Drank: 120 oz. of H20 Exercise: 30 minute Stability Ball Workout Mood: Not as energetic as I've been. In fact, I felt pretty run down. I usually wake up excited on the weekends to be able to get a nice morning workout in. I was not feeling the workout so instead I jumped on my agenda list and got that list knocked out. After a few hours of that, then a few more doing yard work, I was pretty wore out feeling. (But my porch looks way cute & full of flowers!) But I wasn't going to let myself completely be lazy so I drug myself downstairs and got a 30 minute workout in & felt better. Blllllahhhhhh! & getting that dang snacky feeling again. I feel like I am at the point where Whole30 isn't hard, I am not hating it, but I am ready to just be able to eat anything, without asking a million questions or reading and re-reading the labels. Basically I want to be able to grab something and eat it without doing so much...WORK. Not that I am really even craving anything, but geeze if I want a cookie I wanna be able to eat the dang cookie! *Sidenote, looked at the timeline just out of curiosity & it looks like the OVER THIS feeling is right on* Sleep: Husband snored horriblyyyyy, so I was out on the couch. Even on a Monday! Don't have as much energy in the morning as I do later in the afternoons, but I think its going to take a miracle and a half to make me a morning person. No matter how much I want to be I just can't! But I have been enjoying the more energy and the ability to workout harder and longer! Sleep: Not very good, but it was only due to my own stupidity. Even though it has become easier to prep and manage the food during the week, I am really over having to go to 3 different stores to get that No Sugar bacon, etc. And not ever eating out because I'm too paranoid and don't want to harass the waiters. Resistance Band workout finished with a 1.74 mile run. Mood: Can this be the tiger blood? I felt AMAZING yesterday. I was just happy! In an excellent mood, got stuff done & went along my merry way! I am glad I stumbled upon the whole30recipe IG because I found lots of yummy recipes on there, helping out with the food boredom! Sleep: Excellent! Not counting down the days anymore, really. I enjoy feeling better, having my skin behaving well, clothes wearing better & feeling stronger in my workouts. Sleep: Excellent! Hard to believe I have gone this long with NO SUGAR! Ahhh that is so crazy to think. A coworker brought me some fresh salmon from his fishing trip and I couldn't wait to make it for a wonderful dinner & it did not disappoint. I had to run the furbaby to the vet. (he had some massive foxtails in his ear, poor babe! He is feeling much better today; thankful for our wonderful fur Dr.) so that threw a little bit of a wrench in my schedule and then really struggled to get motivated enough to exercise after that and after cooking dinner. BUT I did it & one thing for sure is I did not regret doing it Still trying to figure out what the heck I am going to do after these 30 days are up. Sleep: Excellent!
