Starting May 8

I will be starting the Whole30 program Sunday. I am currently at a conference and have used flight time to read the books and do research. My goals are:

Lower my BP.

Lose weight.

Lower blood sugar.

Get rid of aches and pains including chronic tendinitis.

My concerns are:

Eating on a regular schedule - I train 3 days a week early in the morning and spend most weekends at the lake.

Not drinking. - my social life revolves around alcohol including 2 golf leagues and boating.

Food variety - I get real tired of salads.

I am confident I can do this. I am tired of working my butt off in the gym and getting nowhere.
