First day down... This is not easy

Well, it was nice eating real foods today. But it's now almost time for bed and I can't help but think I have to do this again tomorrow, and the next day for 30 days. It felt like a lot of work preparing all this food... Hopefully it get easier.

Breakfast

Egg scramble with peppers olives and spinach.

Lunch

Spinach salad with peppers, olives, zucchini and balsamic vinaigrette

Pear

And an apple for a snack

Dinner

Lemmon chicken Thighs and broccoli

I made a sausage crust quiche for breakfast tomorrow and left overs for lunch.

Day one is done!

It gets easier as you get used to it. Many people find it helpful to do a weekly cookup, so they do most of the work on the weekend and then just basically heat things up the rest of the week.

 

Definitely be sure you follow the meal template for best results -- your lunch doesn't appear to have any protein, and you don't list any fat in your breakfast or dinner.
