How to move on

I am almost at the end of the 30 day challenge and I loved it. Now I am not sure how to move forwards, if we do move forwards.

I have read much ( Robb Wolf, Mark Sissons and around this site) I am not sure when/if we can start adding almond and coconut flours, cream/cottage cheeses.

I am doing this for 2 reasons, one is to stay fit and heathy for as long as possible, and the other is to lose about 40 pounds. I am not terribly active, walking is my activity which the dog loves.

Anyone point me in the right direction?

Have you read ISWF? There is transition information in the book.

Thanks for your response. I have not got that book - ordered it today to go with Robb Wolf and Mark Sissons, getting quite a collection started LOL.
