AmyB1990 Posted May 7, 2016 Share Posted May 7, 2016 Every day for the last three days, my stomach gets upset, I have a diahrea, then I feel fine the rest of the day. I haven't had any other side effects since I started besides feeling a little tired 2 of the days.. I'm on day 7 and have felt like I'm doing pretty well with my meals.. Yesterday Breakfast: scrambled eggs with guacamole, bacon, and asparagus Lunch: chicken salad with mixed greens radishes and tomatoes Dinner: chicken chowder from the whole30 book Today Breakfast: fried eggs with pork sausage and sweet potatoes Lunch: left over chicken chowder Dinner is undecided so far Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

AmyB1990 Posted May 8, 2016 Author Share Posted May 8, 2016 Sorry, yesterday was 3 eggs, about 1/3 cup guac, 2 pieces bacon, about 5 asparagus spears Chicken with salad was one chicken breast, half a tomato, 2 radishes, and about 3 cups of mixed greens Chicken chowder was about 2 cups. This morning was 2 eggs, two small sausage patties, and 1/2 cup grated sweet potatoes Chicken chowder was about a cup Dinner was 3/4 cup mashed sweet potatoes made with coconut milk and ghee, three small turkey sausage patties, caramelized onions and the rest of my asparagus (5 spears maybe) it's was the first recipe in the pork section of the whole30 book but I used the rest of my ground turkey instead Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
