Still hungry. Help?

Today is my day 4. Yesterday I was very hungry between meals. I amped up my breakfast today and had 3 eggs scrambled in 1/2 T ghee, 1/3 c roasted sweet potatoes, 1/2 c homemade salsa (tomato, onion, pepper, cilantro, lime), and 1/2 avocado. I was hungry after only 2 hours.

What am I doing wrong? :(

Your body will adjust. Try adding more fat at meal 1, or even having a compliant snack for a day or two until you don't get hungry between meals anymore. Better to have larger meals than snack.

You might try mixing your protein sources - many people find they stay satiated for longer if they combine eggs with fish or meat like ground beef.

A half an avocado is fine fat-wise, but you could do with adding in more veg - the recommendation is for 1-3 cups, with 3 being optimum...
