I started on 5/2, but love the question you posed. Here are the reason's I started; help with allergies and migraines, better sleep, clearer skin, no more brain fog, decrease depression and fatigue, increase my mood and my stamina with all activities.

I am restarting today. I have tried to do a second round multiple times but always quit. My motivation is to improve energy. (i feel so utterly tired I can barely hold my head up), increased confidence around food choices, and stabilize my cravings.

Just going one day at a time. ;)

Hii all! I'm with you! There are four forums for starting 10th May - can we consolidate? This one here has the most posts:

http://forum.whole30.com/topic/36530-starting-whole30-tomorrow-may-10th/

I suggest everyone uses that one to build biggest support group possible?

About me:

I did Whole30 twice a couple of years ago; first time stuck to it really well, second time was definitely not in the spirit of things - lots of binges on nuts, etc. I've properly committed this time, and bought the new book, signed up for emails, taken before photos and now posting here! I've put on about a stone (7kg) above my normal weight in the last 6 months since starting a new job, and feel really unhappy. This is about regaining control.

I love cooking and exercise, but my biggest problem is snacking when I don't have time to cook (usually due to large exercise schedule & busy busy work!)

Look forward to getting to know you all on form above.

Laura x
