larkspur55
Day3 on Whole30 - felt severe sugar withdrawal symptoms for the first two days. I am trying to plan the week and need help from someone on two things. One, is there an iPhone app where we can track what we eat on Whole30? Two, is there a list of recipes for at least the first week to help a newbie get acclimatized to Whole30?

youngann
I highly recommend the Whole30 book http://www.amazon.com/Whole30-30-Day-Guide-Health-Freedom/dp/0544609719/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1462894739&sr=8-1&keywords=whole30+book It's a great guide to your 30 days with recipes, what to expect and a one week meal plan to get you started. larkspur55
Hi, I am getting the book but this morning has been the worst. My intake so far today: 7am - 4 tbsp of chia pudding 8.30am - 2 hard boiled eggs and pan fried sweet potato in ghee along with coffee 10am - started sinking into the abyss of sleep. Had another cup of coffee but it did not help. Read on the timeline that sweet potato would help and had half again pan fried in ghee ...but still did not help. I am working from home but and can't let this go on...what do I do??? Please help!!!!!!
