GeekGirlSam
Howdy folks. I started my Whole30 yesterday. I never thought I'd say this but... too much food! I've been following the instructions, using the recipes, etc. Tweaking my timing (eating breakfast sooner, etc.) and scaling back just a bit on the portions to see how it goes today. Keep making your meals to the template... oftentimes depending on where people come from eating-wise before Whole30, their hunger signals can be way off... the low end of the template is the bare minimum an adult human needs to live... make the meals, eat evenly from them and then if you can't stomach more, wrap it up and eat from it again as soon as you're able (don't wait to get hungry, those signals may be off). You should see a change in your hormones within two or three days that means that you'll be able to eat a minimum template meal in full. Your goal is to get 4-5 hours between meals with no snacking... that's where the magic is and how your body will become fat adapted.
