BreannaRose Posted May 11, 2016 Share Posted May 11, 2016 I know it is a ways away, but I'm starting June 7 for a couple reasons. This is my first Whole 30! 1: I need a lot of prep time. I'm the queen of starting things and not finishing but I don't want to do that this time. I don't really know how to cook and I know I'll quit if I don't have a solid plan on what to cook and how to cook it. I need to gather ingredients and plan. I'll prep a bunch a meals and freeze them before June 7. There are a bunch of ideas for this on Pinterest. 2. I currently live in a Muslim country, and Ramadan starts on June 7. I'm not a Muslim but many around me will be fasting during the day. It is very different, of course, but I guess you could say that fasting is in the atmosphere. I always do better when I have other people doing things along with me. If you want to start June 7, please comment here!
