quotidianlight Posted October 3, 2012 Share Posted October 3, 2012 I know Brazil and Argentina produce grass fed beef but does anyone know about Mexico or other South America countries? The butcher the farms use here (bay area ca) don't package sweet breads stomachs or other offal except for liver hearts and tongue. I know the Mexican markets do though.
