Hungry...and tired

Hello!

I finished my whole30 on May 5th...it went really well...had a glass of wine on Saturday, and, totally without thinking, made bulletproof coffee for the first time ever- used grass fed butter not ghee, still not sure why I did that, but...anyway...I napped on Monday and Tuesday- kinda tired yesterday and today, although I am sleeping well...and going to bed early...found myself snacking these last few days too because I am hungry....still being compliant with everything, but not sure what is going on...I really want to add in exercise, but not sure I can...anyone know what's up? I feel like I eat too much too....do I need to find something to curb my appetite? I'm still loving this program, but miss my feeling of satisfaction between meals, as well as getting right out of bed (sometimes before the alarm) and being raring to go...HELP!!

Why don't you just eat more so that you stay satisfied between meals?

 

The human body needs fuel to work. Keep eating meals that meet the meal template, eating to the upper end of the template if you need to. Understand that there are going to be times when you're more hungry and times when you're less hungry, and that's okay. If you're more hungry, eat more. I know you posted about being nervous eating fat, I do hope you have embraced the need to eat fat -- it is a big part of what will help keep you satisfied between meals.

 

If you do add in exercise, you'll need even more food -- pre- and post-workout meals are in addition to your normal meals.
