Best snack ideas?

I am a teacher and have the last lunch time at 2pm each day. I will need to eat a quick easy snack each day around 11:30. I know snacking is not encouraged but I will be hangry otherwise. Best snack ideas? I am thinking hard boiled eggs and fruit.

If you MUST have a snack due to long hours between meals try to make it a mini meal, or something made up of at least two of the three food groups with protein & fat being your best option, or protein & carbs, or carbs & fat - something like deviled eggs works well, or meatballs & guac. Try to keep any fruit to eat with or as part of main meals.

You may find as the days pass that if you increase the size of your breakfast that you will be able to make it until lunch without the need for any extra food. I'm at a point where I eat breakfast @ 6:30/45am and don't eat lunch until at least 1:30pm every week day without issue.
