mcenz25 Posted May 15, 2016 Share Posted May 15, 2016 Hiya! My wife, her best friend, and I started the Whole30 last Monday May 9. As a group we agreed to try the Whole30 program as a practical starting point for a healthier lifestyle and training to develop a better relationship with food. The three of us are overweight and I have ankylosing spondylitis. The first week has been great for me albeit with a craving or two.
