I anticipate withdrawal from hummus and cheesesee Also, if I don't start immediately the hubs will find some way to distract me from it, and I really have to get a handle on my depression and anxiety and insomnia and general sluggishness. Knappo Posted May 15, 2016 Share Posted May 15, 2016 Hi! I'm starting tomorrow, too. I'm ready, I think. I've clarified some butter and made some mayo-- first things first, right? Anyhow, I so need this reset on my eating habits. Have been too fond of sugar and bread for a long time. I'm 66 years old-- mom of three grown sons and grandma to two boys and one girl.
