Starting Monday May 16th

I know it's recommend to give yourself time to prepare, but I know me, and I HAVE to jump right in, so I'll be starting on May 16th (specifically after I finish this soda). I anticipate withdrawal from hummus and cheesesee

Also, if I don't start immediately the hubs will find some way to distract me from it, and I really have to get a handle on my depression and anxiety and insomnia and general sluggishness.

Also, I'll miss blackbeans. Those are the best!

I saw a lot starting Sunday the 15th, but is anyone else stating the 16th? Yayou Mondays!!

Hi!  I'm starting tomorrow, too.  I'm ready, I think.  I've clarified some butter and made some mayo-- first things first, right?  Anyhow, I so need this reset on my eating habits.  Have been too fond of sugar and bread for a long time.

 

I'm 66 years old-- mom of three grown sons and grandma to two boys and one girl.  I'm overweight and tired all the time.  I hope I'm not too old for this.
