GrinAndBarret Posted May 16, 2016 Share Posted May 16, 2016 Hey everyone, my name is Barret and I'm am starting my first Whole30 in a week. I'm still reading through the book, which is why my date is so far off. I'm the type that needs to know all the rules and expectations ahead of time. Once I start getting frustrated, I quickly lose my patience. And motivation. I'm thrilled to see that Whole30 has these forums to research my (many) questions on. This is going to be a difficult run for me... I'm personally battling an alcohol dependency and will be quitting chewing and caffeine, as well as tackling Whole30, all on the same date. I've been told I'm crazy for doing so much at once, but I feel like there's no better way to break old habits and routines than by starting new ones all at once.
