Started my first Whole30 on May 15th!

This is my first time through the program, although I did something similar a few years ago with just sugar and managed to make it through. I've already been eating gluten free for about four years now because of an intolerance, so that shouldn't be an issue. I think the toughest parts will be the dairy and the sugar - but I'm looking forward to karate chopping those cravings out the window! 


So far, so good. Cravings are rabid, but I have managed to evade them so far!
