Starting June 6th

My husband and I have an important event the first weekend of June so we're starting on the 6th! I've been very busy learning everything about it and looking up recipes. We definitely have some prep work to do but I'm excited to see the results from us doing this. Personally I am hoping for some weight loss but my main goal is to get back my health. I have had extreme fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, and skin problems for about 5+ years and my primary dr tells me nothing is wrong with me or prescribes something to treat a symptom. I have recently started seeing a holistic practitioner and he recommended one of the approaches I take in order to get better is to do the Whole 30. So here we are! I hope to keep in touch with some of you as I embark on this exciting new journey.
