chrissyml Posted May 17, 2016 Share Posted May 17, 2016 I'm on Day 6 and so far so good. However, yesterday and today I'm so nauseous. It's from my seasonal allergies, which lead to post-nasal drip, which lead to an upset stomach. It happens a few times a year. I know it's not related to Whole 30 but the problem is that my go-to relievers aren't allowed. I usually have a little ginger ale and/or some saltines and it helps settle my stomach but obviously I can't do that. What do you guys do if you have an upset stomach that is compliant with the plan?
