I'm loosely prepping for it now by cutting out some things, so hopefully that will help me ease into it. We've just moved from coast to coast for four months, so our fridge and pantry are virtually empty--no prepping necessary there! It seems like a good opportunity. My husband has loosely been following a keto diet for two or three years, so I feel like I have a pretty good handle on cutting out carbs, etc., although I have not been on the diet myself. I do feel like I've made a few changes, though. That said, I've struggled with my weight my whole life(35 years) and have a family history of type 2 diabetes and bad cholesterol, both of which I'd like to avoid! I also have a family history of really bad eating habits. I've taken my before pictures and I'm about to go shopping! Anyone else starting Monday? Off to do my shopping and food prep for the week today and will be taking before photos and measurments as well! I am doing the whole30 to get my energy back and also feal with some digestive issues (that I have no idea the cause!) Its going to be a great 30!!
