Jenny_57 Posted May 23, 2016 Share Posted May 23, 2016 I've tried a few times to eat healthier on my own, without a plan. This time, I have a plan, and I officially start Whole30 on May 24. I've been eating betterish for two weeks leading up to this, and am already more conscious of what I'm choosing to eat. And I realize now it is a choice - a bad habit that I haven't bothered to challenge before. Well, I'm challenging it now! I've cleaned out the fridge and gotten some starter foods ready to go. I learned my way around the Trader Joe's on my way home from work, and I know there's a farmer's market every Saturday about 3 miles from me that I can start getting veggies from.
