FatSelkie
We started yesterday and it went great, except that the kids are allllllways hungry. I have vastly underestimated the amount of veggies and fruit we would go through. I'm worried about being able to afford it. (This is partly compounded by having just moved cross--country and having no pantry items on hand already.) I am having a hard time getting them to eat animal proteins and fats (although they love avocado...going to need to pick up a few dozen more!) I am a little afraid of messing up, and it's hard having to keep track of what everyone is eating. My husband is doing it, too, but he got sick today and can't keep anything down. I don't think it's from the Whole 30, since it's only the second day and he was already avoiding bread and other carbs. And finally, I had a big, expensive box of compliant pantry items delivered to my mom's in Maine instead of to us in California. Buuuut...all things considered, I think we're doing pretty well. I'd love to hear from anyone else who started May 22!
FatSelkie
Also, I'm really hungry right after a meal, so I know I'm not actually hungry, but it's so strange.
