Carolyn's Log - Start Date May 23rd

Goals are 1) Get healthy and inflammation free! 2) Lose 15 pounds



Here's what I had yesterday:

M1 - Kale and Sweet Potato topped with an egg

M2 - Shrimp and Spinach with a Mango and Avocado

M3 - Sirloin with broccolini, cherry tomatoes topped with pesto

S1 - cashews

S2 - grapes (man were they sour! I should have checked them at the store :( )


I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Taking it easy, because I hurt my back recently.
