The reason there's no official list is that companies change recipes over time, and sometimes even from region to region, so there's no way to make a list that would be 100% accurate forever. It is always up to any individual to take responsibility for what they put into their own body -- which means you always, always have to read labels, even on products you've been told are compliant, and even on products you've bought in the past, just to be sure nothing has changed and they truly are compliant.
