NESuper
Hi, just wondering if anyone has experience with Whole 30 and chronic hives. I would love to hear your story. Thanks!

praxisproject
That story is about the AIP, AutoImmune Protocol. If you haven't tried a Whole30 first, this is usually recommended as it's much easier and for many people identifies something. Some people need a little more eliminated to find their trigger foods, AIP is one option.
ContikiCarrie
I'm on Day 7 of my first Whole30. After 7 months of chronic hives I was diagnosed with Wells Syndrome, a rare autoimmune disease. The medical work ups took several months (endoscopy, cancer screenings, allergy testing, etc) and ultimately it was biopsies of the active hives that provided the diagnoses. I have found that (so far) the Whole30 has most impacted my level of fatigue. I'm only on day 7, but I have a lot more energy! Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions -- good luck --hope you feel better soon!
