1grtRN Posted May 25, 2016 Share Posted May 25, 2016 Started May 23, now beginning my third day. It's a little scary going this alone. The hubby loves his comfort pasta and bread-rich diet. So far he hasn't liked just veggies as sides at night. He doesn't complain but I know he gets hungry later. Oh well, this is temporary and I know he's getting a bit more healthy as a side effect of my program. The headache is already starting too, owwww. I will and can do this, I know, because I stopped a thirty year smoking habit two years ago! Here's to a wonderful day 3 ☕️ A toast of black coffee!
