Baileyyo
Hey all, I typically drink this grain-free, diary-free, artificial sweetener-free protein as a shake in the morning. I've been doing it for over a month now every day and LOVE the way I feel. I read the bit about avoiding liquid drinks and smoothies yada yada, but I'm really wondering if the ingredients in the shake pass the Whole30 test.
