CristinaDays Posted May 29, 2016 Share Posted May 29, 2016 After many failed diets, different medications, multiple doctors i am convinced that its not anything I am doing wrong, its what i am eating. After listening to "It Starts With Food" i have never been so enlightened and convinced that everything i am experiencing, from pain to fatigue to being overweight is all caused by the imbalance that I have created for myself.
