my 1st whole 30 1st june!

Hey guys I am Neil from the UK, for too long I have led an unhealthy lifestyle fueled by bad food choices, tomorrow is the day it stops! I am starting my first whole 30 and I have bought the book and signed up for the daily email, bought a load of vegetables, fruit, meat and healthy oils, what can go wrong?! i havnt done any meal plans but have an idea of what i am going to eat for the 30 days. So onwards and upwards,viva la vida! good luck to you all :)
